**ALLOWAH PRESBYTERIAN CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL ANNOUNCES END-OF-FINANCIAL YEAR FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN, SEEKING $500,000 TO CONTINUE CRUCIAL SERVICES**
Allowah, a distinguished institution specialising in the care and treatment of children living with complex disabilities and medical needs, proudly announces its annual end-of-financial-year fundraising campaign. The hospital aims to raise $500,000 by the end of June, to continue providing essential services to children and families.
Allowah, which cannot operate without the generosity and philanthropy of the community, has always been a beacon of hope for children with complex disabilities. Allowah offers a comprehensive range of services including disability support, medical care, therapeutic interventions, recreation opportunities, and family support, all tailored to each child’s individual needs.
“There is no other place like Allowah, and without Allowah these children and their families would not receive the care and support they need. We are reliant on donations to be able to run Allowah, and every donation we receive directly influences the lives of the children and families we serve,” explains Elizabeth McClean, CEO of Allowah.
“This fundraising campaign is crucial to ensure we can continue providing these life-enhancing services.”
“We are appealing to the community’s generosity to help us reach our goal. Every contribution, no matter its size, helps us deliver the care and services that these children need and deserve,” adds Elizabeth McClean.
Allowah is recognised for its family-centred multidisciplinary approach, with a dedicated team of professionals who develop individualised care plans for each child.
As part of the fundraising campaign, donors have the opportunity to sponsor specific programs or services at the hospital or make general donations that will be allocated to areas of greatest need.
The end-of-financial-year campaign will conclude on June 30, 2023. All donations over $2 are fully tax deductible. Donations can be made by visiting the Allowah website at www.allowah.org.au/donate
